Bangkok – Best Western Hotels & Resorts celebrates the signing of a full management settlement for Blucher, BW Premier Collection by Best Western, which will become the first newly-constructed BW Premier Collection in Asia.
The famous motel group concluded a Professional Service Agreement (PSA) with Habitat Group, Thailand’s main assets-for-funding developer. This new lodge is placed in Na Jomtien, Pattaya, a peaceful beachfront destination on Thailand’s popular Eastern Seaboard.
As a result of the PSA, Blucher, BW Premier Collection, with Best Western’s aid, will now benefit from Best Western’s 70+ years of hospitality experience and know-how, with a full operational assist. This will consist of day-to-day management, worldwide income, advertising and distribution, sales management, trendy generation, human resources, training, and plenty. The resort will also be a part of the community of Best Western Rewards®, the enterprise’s enterprise-leading loyalty program.
Blucher, BW Premier Collection through Best Western is located simply 100 meters from the seaside, a few minutes from the sights of downtown Pattaya, and about a 1.5-hour drive from Bangkok. Scheduled to open in Q2 2020, the lodge will feature 195 modern suites, best for a circle of relatives getaways, weekend breaks, and couples retreats. The eight-tale property may also offer an array of upscale facilities, inclusive of a fashionable rooftop swimming pool.
This exciting assignment has already gained a series of awards, such as “Best Low-Rise Architectural Design (Resort)” on the 2017 Thailand Property Awards and the “New Hotel Construction & Design – Thailand” identify at the 2018 Asia Pacific Property Awards.

Habitat Hospitality, a subsidiary of Habitat Group, oversees the institution’s portfolio of motel properties. The PSA signing maintains a hit partnership among Best Western and Habitat Group; the two organizations are also running together at Best Western Premier Bayshore Pattaya – another upscale development on Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard, scheduled to open in Q1 2020.
